Thames Valley Midwives seeks a general registrant Locum tenens to cover Parental Leave of twelve months effective March 2011.

Position Summary
With privileges at a tertiary centre and community hospitals, the Locum general registrant will be providing full scope midwifery care with an outstanding team of experienced midwives.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and professional individual who is passionate about serving women from many different cultural milieus and committed to long-term service to the women of our region.  With a rapidly increasing homebirth rate and diverse clientele, as well as a supportive obstetrical consultant community, Thames Valley Midwives offers the opportunity to consolidate the Locum general registrant’s skills and education.
