FUNCTIONS:

Assumes follow-up on pregnancy, deliveries and immediate post-partum cares of mother and child as well as the postnatal follow up until 6 weeks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a professional mid-wife practice authorization from Province of Quebec;
• Must be register at “l‘Ordre des sages-femmes du Québec” before the beginning of the employment;
• Working experience with selected type of client;
• Update certification in advance neonatal reanimation;
• Update Certification in obstetrical emergencies;
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
• Ability for team work;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Available and flexible;
